MANAGER, COMMUNICATIONS
Location: Remote, Canada-based
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week); permanent
Salary: $61,000 annually
Reports to: Executive Director
JOB SUMMARY
WHO WE ARE
Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries equips the global Church to support mental health and wellbeing. Since 2018, over 365,000 people in more than 100 countries have engaged with The Sanctuary Course, transforming how faith communities understand mental health. Our resources are created in collaboration with theologians, mental health professionals, and those with lived experience of mental health challenges. These resources prepare communities of faith around the world to raise awareness, reduce stigma, support mental health, and promote mental wellbeing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're entering a new chapter at Sanctuary. We're partnering with an external marketing agency to expand our reach while building internal communications capacity. As Manager, Communications, you'll be the key connection point between the agency and our team—learning from their expertise while contributing your own insights and ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
This role offers broad exposure across communications: strategy, brand stewardship, content creation, digital engagement, and analytics. You'll work at the intersection of faith and mental health, developing skills that will serve you well in your career while contributing to work that genuinely matters. INTERIM PROGRAMS MANAGER
Location: Vancouver, BC / Remote. Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Schedule: Flexible, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Type: Temporary
Start and End Date: February 2025- (approx) February 2026
Compensation: $56,500.00 CAD - $60,450.00 CAD annually with benefits, salaried, depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Programs, the Interim Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing various project-based, operational, and administrative functions within the Programs Team. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Programs projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and standards.

DIRECTOR, PACIFIC NORTHWEST
Location: Applicant must reside in Washington, Oregon, Montana, or Idaho
Schedule: Flexible, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 USD and benefits, three weeks vacation

The US is Sanctuary's largest market and user base. Our three-year strategy includes targeted engagement and growth in the US Pacific Northwest due to its proximity to our main operations based in Vancouver, BC. Sanctuary seeks someone to provide strategic leadership, engagement and fundraising capacity in the US Pacific Northwest. If you are a self-starter, love engaging with a diverse group of partners, are able to build capacity and a funding base, have operations management experience, a strong understanding of finance and budgeting, and a passion for efficient workflows, we would like to meet you.
As a support to our CEO's entrepreneurial leadership, we are looking for an individual to come alongside in a senior leadership role to drive and cultivate the relationships and partnerships that emerge from this activity in the Pacific Northwest. The goal of the Director, Pacific Northwest role is to initiate and cultivate relationships in the Pacific Northwest to foster deep engagement with The Sanctuary Course and develop funding partnerships with foundations and major donors.

Sanctuary is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for partnering with churches and ministries around the globe to support mental health and wellbeing.
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO. Ultimately, the goals of this role are to increase the availability of the CEO to engage with donors and partners, focus on vision and presence, and lead the team from a place of health.

UK BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEMBER
Location: Sanctuary UK; Waverley Ln, Farnham GU9 8EP
Note: the role is non-stipendiary, though basic expenses may be covered.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking strategic support from a trustee with fundraising experience as Sanctuary UK enters its fourth year. The ideal person will have a substantial background as a senior charity fundraiser with a sound understanding and experience of charity fundraising at strategic and operational levels. All members of the Board are involved in giving strategic direction to the charity, setting overall strategy and policy, setting targets, and evaluating performance against agreed targets.
